I kept getting bounced around in circles, and every person seemed to give me a different answer :/ Even after canceling, I was still worried about my account and what would happen with my phone number. Just a frustrating mess overall. I really wouldn’t want to deal with this again

"Affordable, but the data disappears fast"
The plan is definitely cheap, which I appreciate, but the data runs out way too quickly. I’m not even doing anything excessive, and suddenly I’m already low. It’s a bit frustrating, to be honest.

"Really helpful free phone service"
I’ve been using Assurance Wireless for a little while now, and it’s been solid for a free service. My calls usually go through clearly, texts send without any hassle, and it’s been really useful for keeping up with appointments and everyday stuff. The data does slow down here and there, especially when I’m trying to load pages or use maps, but it still works well enough when I really need it. It’s not perfect, but having reliable talk and text at no cost is a big help, so I’m happy with it overall.

"The website was alright for looking…"
The website was alright for looking up information and starting my application, but it felt a bit slow at times. Some parts were easy to use, while other pages had me clicking around more than I expected. I did eventually find what I needed, but the layout could definitely be clearer. Also, after I made the payment, I felt a little unsure because there wasn’t much reassurance or clear follow-up right away. It worked in the end, but the whole experience wasn’t as smooth or confidence-building as I’d hoped...
"Still No Fix After Days of Calling"
I’ve been trying to get my phone service fixed for days now, and it’s been exhausting. Every time I call support, it feels like they’re just reading the same script, then I get transferred, the call drops, and I have to start all over again. Nobody seems to actually fix the issue. It’s really frustrating, especially when you actually need your phone to work... just feels like I’m going in circles...

My number switched over in about a day, which was nice. I did have to restart my phone twice before everything seemed to work right, so I’m still a little unsure about how solid the service is. Overall, it’s been okay so far

The replacement process was really easy, and the phone showed up faster than I expected. I got the email with the receipt and tracking info right away, so it was simple to keep an eye on everything. Overall, no hassle at all.

My voicemails keep showing up late, which is already frustrating, but this is where it got annoying: sometimes they won’t even play when I finally see them. It makes it hard to keep up with messages, especially when they’re time-sensitive

"Good Call Quality, But Watch Out for Spotty Areas"
I’ve been using Assurance Wireless for a while now, the call quality has been decent. Most of my calls come through clear, and I usually don’t have to keep repeating myself, which is a big plus. That said, just a heads up for anyone thinking about getting it — it can get a little choppy indoors or in certain areas. It usually clears up on its own, but don’t expect it to be perfect everywhere. For what it is, I’m still happy with it overall.

"Works okay in town, but not great at home"
I signed up for Assurance Wireless thinking it would be fine for basic calls and texts, but the service has been hit or miss where I live. The signal drops a lot, and some days I can’t even get simple pages to load unless I’m connected to wifi. It works better when I’m in town, which is nice, but at home it gets frustrating fast. Also, how different the service is from one place to another was surprising, that part was weird

"Approved, but I’m still not sure what’s going on"
I got approved for eligibility, so I thought the rest would be straightforward. But nope, the website just kept sending me around in circles, and I never really got a clear explanation of what I was supposed to do next. I kept thinking I must be missing something, but every update was vague or nonexistent. Customer service didn’t really help either, just kept giving me the same answers like they were reading from a script. I’m still confused how being approved is supposed to matter if I can’t actually get the service working.

The service was fine, but the phone selection was disappointing. Most of what I saw were older or really basic models, and none of them were what I was actually looking for. It just feels like they really need to update their options a bit...

"Pretty frustrating experiance"
I wanted to like it, but the screen kept freezing all the time and it got annoying really fast. The battery also drained way quicker than I expected, so I was always having to charge it. Not a great experiance overal.
